In the rare situation that you haven't received your delivery after 28 days, email us your Order ID number to tracking@amazingflygun.com We will then look into the situation and rectify any problem that has occurred. You order ID will have been emailed to you right after you placed your order.

For website sales we can only take orders via our web order form . Unfortunately, we are unable to take orders by phone, fax, or post. Email is always our preferred form of communication with customers. However, we know it is reassuring to see a real bricks and mortar physical address and phone / fax numbers … so here they are …
